i passed the “st.peter friedhof” (cemetery) today
there i saw in front of it this tiny annual fair
where they sell candels and girdles of flowers
for tomorros allhallows

that´s not really surprising, but………………

you can also have some “maroni and sturm” (maroni=chestnuts/ sturm=the latest, not yet ready wine )
this is not only typical for graz, but for the whole of styria
this two shows you, that autum has started……

and there was also a place to have some sausages and drinks, and also sweets…………….

so let´s celebrate halloween……………….

yesterday i was wandering around the city

when i crossed this bridge in the “augartenpark” it was so scarry.
there were spiders everywhere, they were sitting on their spiderwebs eating their supper
and they were so big (in my opinion)
they all had a little cross (garden spider/kreuzspinne) on their back
which makes it not better at all
and than there was this light which pointed them out of the darkness,
so you had to look at them the whole way over the bridge…….

this picture is not able to show the thrill factor they had, but maybe with a little imagination…..
brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr………………….

the last few days were like a documentation about how autumn is like in a picture book for children…..
the leaves are flying around and everything changes the colour….

and nobody wants to sit outside anymore, because it´s getting colder………..

normaly you find hundreds of places in graz to spend some time outside and drink coffee,
that is a thing about this city which makes it really worth doing nothing than hanging around,
what is really great from spring to autumn…

but now everything is heading towards winter, i really love this time of the year.

I’ve been waiting a long time for this to happen…
